If you are having problems connecting to the intranet then please feel free to email helpdesk@thsboys.org.uk. In the meantime please check the following:
Network status: System Online |
 Email the network administrator for support. |
| Watch a short video on how to connect to the intranet. |
| Watch a short video on how to connect to your email. |
| Student usernames are firstname.surname |
| Check your internet browser is up to date. |
| The intranet loads better with Microsoft Internet Explorer (v7 and newer) and Apple Safari. |
| Passwords can be obtained by emailing the school secretary. |
If you continue to experience problems once logged in, please add a support ticket via the intranet helpdesk which can be found at the top of each intranet page.
