Pastoral Care

There is nothing more important to us at Tower House than our pastoral support of every boy, nurturing and supporting their overall well-being, ensuring that they feel safe, valued and supported as they grow up. Our staff closely monitor the emotional and social interactions of the boys and encourage empathy and kindness at all times. Kindness is one of our core values and the bedrock of the school, and the boys take real pride in caring and helping each other.

In Reception, pastoral care centres around ensuring that the boys feel valued and included, able to contribute positively, learn to take turns, listen to their friends and understand that seeking help when needed is a normal part of school life.

We immensely enjoy getting to know our youngest Tower House recruits as well as their families! We strongly believe that an open, supportive and positive partnership between our teachers and parents will ensure that each boy flourishes and thrives as they move into the Junior School and grows into a well-rounded individual.
